A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be invoiced on your arrival.
You may reschedule your appointment once: We will be happy to assist with a rescheduling request with at least 4 hours ahead of your booked date/time at no additional cost, subject to availability. Do note that once an appointment is rescheduled, it may not be rescheduled again, and the deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Cancellations can be accepted 48 hours ahead of your booked date/time and a full refund of your deposit is processed within 5 working days.
