Shipping policy

Worldwide Shipping: Oevaali Art Shop ships worldwide from Singapore. All prices on this store, including shipping, are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Your final shipping cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, because rates depend on both the destination and the weight of your order.

Where we ship: We deliver to more than 190 countries. A small number of destinations are not currently served. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Products we can only deliver within Singapore: Our candles, room sprays and reed diffusers, and any gift set containing them, can only be delivered within Singapore from this store. Airlines classify them as restricted goods because of their alcohol and wax content, and no courier will carry them on an international route. These items are marked on their product pages. If your basket contains one, delivery outside Singapore will not be offered at checkout.

Processing time: Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

During busy periods such as collection launches and holiday seasons, dispatch can take longer. When that happens we extend the delivery estimates shown on the site, so the timings you see at checkout always reflect what we can actually do that week.

Processing time is separate from courier delivery time. This information will be available at check-out. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, peak seasons and public holidays in the destination country can extend them.

To collect in store: choose collection at checkout and wait for the email confirming your order is ready. Please bring your order number and some identification. Store address is provided at the end of this policy.

Tracking: Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Customs, duties and import taxes: Shipping charges paid at checkout cover delivery only. For most destinations they do not include customs duties, import taxes or courier handling fees. Where these apply they are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. The courier will usually invoice you before delivery. We cannot calculate them in advance, and they are not refunded if you return an order.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us because import charges were not paid, the return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Original artwork: Original artworks are hand-signed, supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Because each piece is prepared and packed individually, we confirm the dispatch date by email once your order is placed. 

Fragile items: Ceramics, glassware and framed pieces are packed to survive transit and may be sent in a separate box from the rest of your order. Please keep all packaging and boxes until you have checked your order, as we need them to make a claim with the courier if anything has arrived damaged.

Damaged in transit:  Please review our Return & Refund Policy. 

Lost in transit: If tracking has not updated for 10 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of the latest estimate, contact us. We will open an investigation with the courier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we will replace it or refund you in full.

Incorrect or incomplete address. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you need to correct it, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will amend it provided the parcel has not been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt or an uncollected item can be resent at the customer's cost.

Returns: Our returns and exchanges terms are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend a tracked and insured service.
